March 13, 2006Sci-fi season finalesI am not sure if my digital recorder messed up, Sci-fi messed their times up, and I forgot to tape Stargate SG-1, or if my digital recorder just messed up, and Sci-fi messed their times up. Saturday I was looking at my recorded shows and noticed the season finale of Startgate SG-1 was not recorded. I was not too upset because I figured I could just watch it the next time it comes on. Turns out Sci-fi decided not to re-run it, at least not for the few months they have scheduled. Now I start panicking. I decided it would probably be like Stargate Atlantis and leave the season with a cliffhanger anyway (which is ridicules to leave a 6 month cliffhanger if you ask me) and set down to watch Battlestar Galactica. I push play and I see Battlestart Galactica, but I do not recognize what is happening. It turns out my recorder only recorded the last 5 minuets of the season finale of Battlestar Galactica. Now that whole episode is ruined, however Startgate SG-1 had recoded instead. Well except for the last 5 minutes. I only saw the last 5 min of Battlestart Galactica and all but the last 5 minuets of Stargate SG-1. What a mess. Oh well, better luck next season. |
