August 03, 2006New Electric CarTesla Motors has come out with what seems to be an impressive all electric car.
Stats: I wonder how long until they make a minivan? Posted by GraphicMD at August 3, 2006 07:46 AM | TrackBackComments
Yea, that is cool! I hope it is everything they are saying. Posted by: gid at August 3, 2006 08:08 AMGreat car, i hope in the future all cars like this. Posted by: San Sebastian at October 26, 2006 05:55 PMWe need an affortable high mileage electric vehicle that can be at least 90% recharged in 10-15 minutes. I can't believe that America cannot make a battery that will go 300-400 miles per charge. If our very survival was threatened we would see a battery of that capability in a few short months. It must not be that urgent to do so! I guess beating the Germans in making the first atomic bomb that kills people was more important. They accomplished this in short order due to our security. I think we have to use the same urgent thinking in the development of an advanced battery. Posted by: Robert Turbessi at January 29, 2007 07:56 PMYES! 100% electric - it is time to get back to this! What are the chances of this going into production? How about a truck? Posted by: Claire Barrett at June 6, 2007 10:50 AMWonderful car, but there ought to a more concentrated effort to develop an affordable sedan, truck or SUV for use by the general population for daily commuting.
